This Korean Style Salad goes great with your Asian inspired dishes and is ideal when looking to add a side to your meat dishes.
Ingredients

1cucumber (thinly sliced)
½apple (julienned)
1romaine (or gem lettuce, torn into pieces)
½red onion (or 1 small red onion, sliced)
For the dressing
1 tbsplight soy sauce
2 tspfish sauce
2 tsprice vinegar
1 tspsugar
1 tspsesame oil
