Step up your burger game with these tender spicy pork burgers with a sriracha mayo

Ingredients

For the Burgers

500 gground pork / pork mince
1red chilli pepper (finely chopped)
1 tspchipotle in adobo paste (see notes)
½ slicesandwich bread
2 tbspmilk
1 tspground cumin
1 tspground coriander
1 clovegarlic (crushed)
1onion (finely chopped or blitzed in a food processor)
1gem lettuce
1large tomato (sliced in to 4)
4cheese slices (optional)
8cornichon (halved, optional)
4brioche buns

For the Sriracha Mayo

2 tbspsriracha sauce
4 tbspmayonnaise
½lemon (juice only)
