Try something different with this griddled chicken coated in a balsamic honey reduction and served with parmesan topped broad beans, pancetta and spinach.

Ingredients

For the Broad Beans

600 gbroad beans
2 clovegarlic (sliced)
100 gpancetta (or bacon lardons)
½lemon (juice)
handfulspinach
30 gparmesan

For the Marinaded Chicken

4chicken breasts
1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 tsphoney
2 clovegarlic (crushed)
1 tspDijon mustard
1 tspdried oregano
½lemon (zest and juice)
2 tbspolive oil
½ tspsalt
to tastepepper

For the Balsamic Reduction

4 tbspbalsamic vinegar
3 tbsphoney
to tastesalt (optional)
to tastepepper (optional)
