Making your own restaurant style beef burger is easier than you think. Once you try this you'll never go back to store bought burgers again.
Ingredients
For the Beef Patty
500 gbeef mince / ground beef
1egg yolk
to tastesalt
to tastepepper
For the Burger Filling
8 rasherssmoked streaky bacon
1gem lettuce
2large tomatoes (sliced)
1large onion (cut into rings)
4cheese sliced
8cornichons (halved) (optional)
4brioche buns
4 tspolive oil (for brushing the buns)
to tastetomato ketchup
