A beautifully rich and luxurious creamy pasta bake made with chicken and chorizo and topped with parmesan and gooey mozzarella.

800 gchopped tomatoes (2 tins/cans)
250 gmozzarella (2 balls)
300 grigatoni
150 gcherry tomatoes
2 clovegarlic (sliced)
100 gmascarpone (or cream cheese)
15 gparmesan
1 tsporegano
a handfulbasil leaves
2 tbspolive oil
