These marinated chicken and chorizo skewers with a sticky honey glaze are perfect for entertaining outdoors and go great with a side salad, and some flatbreads.

200 gchorizo (sliced into thick chunks)
3 tbspolive oil
2 tsppaprika
1 tspdried oregano
1 tspcumin
1 tspsalt
2 large clovesgarlic (crushed/minced)

For the Honey Glaze
2 tbsphoney
1 tbspcider vinegar
1 tspdijon mustard
1 tspsmoked paprika
