Try this super simple, tasty pasta dish that will be on your plate in less than 15 minuts; perfect for mid-week or when you don't have much time.
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to packet instruction while you make your sauce.
Heat 4 tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan/skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Keep the heat medium low otherwise the garlic will burn and turn very bitter
Add 3 tbsp of the pesto along with the white wine and cook for 2 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Add the prawns and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through then season with a little salt and pepper.
Drain the spaghetti and stir into the pesto prawn sauce along with an extra 1 tablespoon of pesto and fully coat. Serve with some freshly cracked black pepper on top.
