How to Make 5 Minute Honey Soy Noodles
Noodles make a great lunch, but sometimes you just don't have time to cook and cool noodles, chop and cook veg and stir-fry separately. These 5 minute noodles are super tasty and all you have to do is cook the noodles and toss in a no-cook sauce made with ingredients found in your store cupboard. What could be simpler!
I make my sauce in a small mixing bowl, you can of course just use the bowl you are serving the noodles in if you wish, but it might make it more difficult to fully coat the noodles in the sauce without making a mess.

Boil the dried egg noodles in water according to packet instruction (about 4 minutes)

While your noodles are cooking mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chilli flakes and the juice of half a lime

Add the cooked noodles to the bowl with the soy sauce mixture.

Toss the noodles to completely coat in the sauce.

Transfer you noodles to a bowl, and serve with an extra wedge of lime and some spring onions / scallions on top (optional)
